BERLIN - For a while now, the cat and mouse game between law enforcement, the sex industry and the sex trade has gone on without abatement. The suggestion in some jurisdictions is that the ultimate act of gender equality exists in the form of the global legalisation of prostitution - giving women the ultimate control over their own bodies in order to create the proper institutions and infrastructure to build safe methods to promote sexual health and wellness.
