I dream of a world where people are more afraid of war than they are of sex. Where people selling war mongering have to hide to sell their wares in the shadows and sex workers have TV shows.

Re: A dream
Sat, February 24, 2007 - 11:06 AMI dream of living in a place where no one attempts to control your lifestyle choices through legislative or social pressures.
If you want to be gay, a prostitute, a slave, a cross dresser, if you want to marry your gay partner, or if you want to have a husband AND two wives, it's no one's business but yours and should be completely legal in a "free" country. -

Re: A dream
Sat, February 24, 2007 - 5:37 PMI agree Goat. It is interesting how frightened people are of true freedom. What would happen if we were free to do anything which caused no harm to others? People could be naked if they wanted or have sex where ever they chose. Does society need morals and decorum? Other than rules about stealing, rape, murder and abusing children and the elderly, what rules does society need? -

Re: A dream
Sat, February 24, 2007 - 6:38 PMWe need to all get together and move to the same place so we can begin to have an impact on the politcal processes of our community.
We can accomplish nothing politically as long as we are all spread out and dilluted by the republicrats. -

Sat, February 24, 2007 - 8:58 PMWell there is a group of libertarians planning on moving to New Hampshire when they have 50,000 (I may be off with that number) who have pledged to join the group.
Have you heard of that project? -
